Napanee is a picturesque town located half-way between Toronto and Montreal on the Bay of Quinte, just west of the head of the Saint Lawrence River.
The town is a vibrant and safe community with an educated and skilled workforce. Situated between the nearby cities of Belleville and Kingston, Napanee is able to draw skilled workers from these nearby population centres, and attract young graduates from Loyalist College, St. Lawrence College, and Queen’s University.
Napanee is home to businesses of all types, with its largest employer being the Goodyear Tire plant. Other major employers include GT Machinery and Fabricating, and Continental Conveyor.
